Site guidance for tunnel construction

In order to serve the majority of customer groups, we will provide on-site debugging guidance for tunnel consumables products from the initial stage.

Take the new construction of Shanghai Zhuguang Road Channel as an example. The tunnel was constructed with an earth pressure balance shield "Qingsong" with a diameter of 14.45m. We provided on-site guidance service for shield tail grease, main bearing sealing grease, lubricating grease, and foam for this project.

In the early stage of shield tunnelling, from the first coating of shield tail brush grease, to the parameters of the foam generator and the foaming performance, we gave suggestions and participated in the commissioning on site.

Especially in the initial stage of a tunnel project, the correct use of products and good parameter adjustment will often establish an important and valuable technical reference for the overall later excavation construction.
